If you have trouble sleeping at night you are not alone. Millions of people toss and turn every night. Lose Weight – If the kids blackout curtains don’t work you might want to consider exercising and losing some weight if you are currently a bit heavy. This has been proven to help people sleep. Getting in shape can be difficult and will take some time so lay out a plan and stick to it whenever possible. As you continue to lose weight and get in better shape you will find sleeping easier.
